Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your session time. Sessions start promptly so every guest gets their full time with the animals, and arriving early gives you time to park, check in, and settle into the calm before your session begins.

Complete your waiver ahead of time

Every guest needs a signed waiver before entering a session, and completing it before you arrive keeps check-in to seconds. You will find the waiver with your booking confirmation email. From I-95 North or South Take Exit 32A toward Broward Blvd / Fort Lauderdale. Head west on Broward Blvd for about half a mile.
Turn north onto NW 7th Ave Head north two blocks, then turn left onto NW 5th St and right onto NW 5th Ave.
Arrive at 744 NW 5th Ave We are in Unit 1111. Street parking is available on NW 5th Ave and the surrounding blocks. Look for open spots along the street; parking is free.
From US-1 (Federal Highway) Head west on Broward Blvd. Turn right on NW 5th Ave. We will be on your right.

Exit near NW 7th Ave Get off at the stop near NW 7th Ave and Broward Blvd. Walk north on NW 7th Ave, then turn right onto NW 5th Ave. We are a short two-block walk from the stop.

Turn north onto NW 5th Ave From Broward Blvd, turn north onto NW 5th Ave. We are less than two blocks north on your left.
